About

18 years of building things that work.

From FX dealing floors in Perth and Sydney to venture capital, startups, and now AI-powered product development in New York this is how I got here.

The short version.

I spent 11 years at National Australia Bank, starting in business banking, moving through distressed debt, and landing in FX derivatives where I managed complex hedging strategies for business and corporate clients. Then I left banking to build. I founded a corporate venture capital arm for a $5B real estate fund, deploying $10M across proptech and fintech. That evolved into Nebula Ventures, my consultancy where I embed with startups and growth-stage companies as a fractional product and operations leader. Today I work across AI, fintech, DeFi, and proptech. I run product, I run operations, I build teams, and I ship. Every engagement is powered by AI agents that let a small team deliver at a pace that used to require ten people.

I'm always open to a conversation about product, AI, or building something new. Drop me a line — I read everything.

The Pegasus

The Pegasus constellation represents freedom, wisdom, and navigation. Historically, sailors used it to find their way. That's what I do for the companies I help them navigate product, engineering, and operations to find their path. Nebula means a cloud where new stars are born. Pegasus flies through it. This is a place where new things get built, guided by someone who's done the journey before. Also, I'm Greek. So the mythology is personal.
