End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the Nebula Ventures Accounting application (“the App”), operated by Nebula Ventures LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

1. License

The App is a private, internal tool licensed solely for use by Nebula Ventures LLC to access and manage its own accounting data in QuickBooks Online. No license or right to use the App is granted to any third party.

2. Permitted use

The App may be used only to access, categorize, report on, and analyze the accounting data of QuickBooks company files owned or controlled by Nebula Ventures LLC, for that company’s own bookkeeping and tax-planning purposes.

3. Restrictions

The App may not be sold, licensed, sublicensed, distributed, or made available to any external party, and may not be used to access accounting data belonging to any person or business other than Nebula Ventures LLC.

4. Data

Handling of accounting data accessed through the App is described in our Privacy Policy. Use of QuickBooks Online is also subject to Intuit’s own terms.

5. No professional advice

The App produces reports and estimates — including tax estimates — for internal planning purposes only. These outputs do not constitute professional tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice, and are not a substitute for review by a qualified professional.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nebula Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
