1. Operator and scope

This website is operated by Nebula Ventures LLC, PMB 582, 3229 Greenpoint Ave, Long Island City, NY 11101, USA. These terms apply to use from 28 October 2026. Product-specific terms and signed engagements govern their own services and take precedence within their scope. The accounting-app EULA applies only to that internal app.

2. Information and enquiries

Website descriptions, examples, estimates and AI-generated material are general information. They are not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice, a binding quote, or a guarantee of results. An enquiry does not require us to accept work. Services begin only under an agreed scope and commercial terms.

3. Intellectual property and use

Nebula and its licensors retain rights in the website, software, branding and original content. You may use the site for legitimate enquiries. Do not copy protected materials for resale, impersonate others, submit material you lack authority to share, interfere with security or access systems without authorisation. You retain rights in your submissions and permit us to use them to respond to and administer your request.

4. Availability and third parties

We may update, restrict or discontinue website features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, availability of an offer or third-party performance. Third-party links and services have their own terms.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as is and as available without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Nebula’s aggregate liability arising from this free website is limited to USD 100, and excludes indirect or consequential loss and lost profits. Nothing excludes mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for contracted services is governed by the applicable agreement.

6. Changes, law and contact

Revisions apply prospectively with any notice or agreement required by law and do not amend an existing signed engagement or remove accrued rights.
